A: You should always book a scale above. 2.5 hours yields to 3 hours.
Q: Would it be possible to have another pick-up location within Quebec City?
A: It would be our pleasure to accommodate you on your pick-up location, at your hotel, restaurant, etc.
Important Restrictions
- Please contact us as soon as time allows if you know you will be late.
- Just tell the guide your name. No need to print out the ticket or confirmation email.
- ACTIVITY TAKES PLACE RAIN OR SHINE.
- Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the tour departure.

Refund after rescheduling: Once you have been rescheduled, there will be no refunds if you decide not to take the tour.
