Q: Is this tour on a bus or car?
A: You bring your group, we bring the guide, and we walk around to discover the Old Quebec.
Q: What happens if I am late?
A: We understand unforeseeable things may happen. You guide will wait for you if you are just 15-20 minutes late. However, if you are very late, please contact us to discuss possible solutions.
Q: Does the tour happen if it rains or snows?
A: ABSOLUTELY. You choose the date, we will be there greeting your group rain, snow, or shine, But preferably shine!
Q: What is the tipping or gratuity policy?
A: Tips are always appreciated by our guides, but never expected. They should be given if you believe he/she did an outstanding job, and further, if you as an individual wish to demonstrate to your guide your appreciation for a job well done.
Q: How to meet up with the guide?
A: When booking, choose your preferred meeting point, and use the group leader's name to make the reservation. Your guide will find you!
Important Restrictions
- Please contact us as soon as time allows if you know you will be late.
- Just tell the guide your name. No need to print out the ticket or confirmation email.
- ACTIVITY TAKES PLACE RAIN OR SHINE.
- Cancellations will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the tour departure.

Refund after rescheduling: Once you have been rescheduled, there will be no refunds if you decide not to take the tour.
